Which 96board has a working h.264 hardware encoder, that is available within e.g. with ffmeg, vlc …? Preferrably, with a linux image that can be used as out-of-the-box solution. Has anybody made some load test for a pure software encoding?
Dragonboard 410c is known to have a working H264 hardware encoder (via ffmpeg or gstreamer) on debian or openembedded image.
