Usb port not work

Aftere flashing the board with the latest version of ８２０c,USB can not be used. and debug info as below, any suggestions ? Seems hardware problem,any suggestion about that?

I’ve installed the #217 snapshot and it is working on my board. This does suggest the problem might be hardware. Can you be more explicit about what you have connected to the USB port (and also what version number you installed as the “latest version”… the nature of “latest” is that is changes frequently)?

Maybe, you could check if the VL812 (from VLI) IC in the bottom side of the DragonBoard 820c is overheating.
Your story sounds familiar to me : I have one brand new DragonBoard 820c that suddenly stopped working after a series of firmware re-flashing (bootloader, boot image and rootfs image).
None USB 3 port is working anymore.
I cannot tell if any firmware issue may have caused this, or this current version of the hardware is somewhat fragile.
