USB Port issue

Hi,

Just got my board and after flashing Linaro using an SD card everything seemed to boot up correctly. However nothing I plug into the J3 USB port seems to work, tried a few different keyboard and mice and they all work from J2 USB port. When I plug the board in I see a blue light briefly flash and then turn off (I think I read somewhere else that this should stay on?). The power supply I’m using is 12V 2A.

Wondering if this sounds like a hardware issue and whether there’s anything I can do about it or some problem with how I’ve setup my board?

This does sound like a hardware issue. Were you able to get it resolved?

No I’ve gotten around it by hooking up just a keyboard and sticking to the terminal, the rest of the board seems functional so works well enough for me
