USB OTG mode and USB Host mode switch by command

For DB410c, is there any way to switch USB OTG mode and USB Host mode by linux command?
I want to use usb ethernet device while otg is plugged.

I guess the switch function of USB OTG mode and USB Host mode is offered by USB chip and can not control in Linux, is this right?
