Semaphore timeout period has expired

I keep getting this on my SSH connection to my dragonboard 410c. I installed 16.09, had a prior build from April 2016 and I still get “semaphore timeout period has expired”

Any clues how to fix this dropped connection issue? I read it was fixed but I guess not.

Personally I find the ssh connection to DB410C to be a bit “lumpy” with occasional freezes. I’ve never really studied the cause. I generally workaround things to some extent by using mosh to connect remotely to the board.
