Runtime error while testing out qapass 1602a LCD display

I tried to test a qapass 1602a LCD display and Triple Axis Accelerometer using the code below.

However, it returns a run time error and said the LCD display cannot be initialized. Has anyone worked with this? Is there an alternate test code to use?

Is your link correct? As far as I can see no part of the home surveillance project involved an LCD display or an accelerometer.

@anyelengyuezjn I think you are referring the below project:

It is based on JHD1313M1 LCD and MMA7660 Accelerometer. Please make sure to use the exact part numbers or its variants.
