Hello I am looking to fix my Orange pi i96 but I can not identify IC near the battery pins.
Do you have a similar hi-res picture with the aerial in a different place? I suspect it is covering up the markings that identify the part.
There is some text on the silk screen above C19 which is almost-but-not-quite legible in the second photo.
I guess this is D301 which the schematic says is an ESD protection diode. This would make sense but please double check by reading the silkscreen before assuming it really is D301 since second picture is too blurry for me to be sure.
It is D301 above C19 you are correct.
