Memory clock on DB820c

Hi,
We have some DB820c and want to change the memory (LPDDR4) clock.

Is it possible to change the clock on system (linaro debian) level?
Or that has to be done via kernel/bootloader sources?
Can someone help out how to or point out where the info for this?

AFAIK, ram initialization is done in SBL bootloader which is proprietary. If you desgin a custom board, I would suggest you to contact arrow about this point.
