Hello All,
I’m attempting to figure out what each mixer control does on the DB410c running the OpenEmbedded build IMM.LE.1.0 30400. Here is a listing of what I currently have defined in my ALSA mixer controls:
RX1 Digital Volume
RX2 Digital Volume
RX3 Digital Volume
TX1 Digital Volume
TX2 Digital Volume
TX1 HPF Cutoff
TX2 HPF Cutoff
TX1 HPF Switch
TX2 HPF Switch
RX1 DCB Cutoff
RX2 DCB Cutoff
RX3 DCB Cutoff
RX1 DCB Switch
RX2 DCB Switch
RX3 DCB Switch
RX1 Mute Switch
RX2 Mute Switch
RX3 Mute Switch
ADC1 Volume
ADC2 Volume
ADC3 Volume
RX1 MIX1 INP1
RX1 MIX1 INP2
RX1 MIX1 INP3
RX2 MIX1 INP1
RX2 MIX1 INP2
RX2 MIX1 INP3
RX3 MIX1 INP1
RX3 MIX1 INP2
RX3 MIX1 INP3
DEC1 MUX
DEC2 MUX
HPHL
HPHR
SPK DAC Switch
ADC2 MUX
RDAC2 MUX
I think that the RX1,2, and 3 values control the microphone volume, and the TX controls control various outputs, but I am unsure how to use the HPF and Mix parameters. Currently it seems that I’m overdriving my speakers quite a bit with TX1 and TX2 Digital Volume set to 19 in alsamixer. I think that having these clearly defined will allow me to further understand what exactly I am effecting when changing levels and switch parameters in the ALSA controls defined above.
