Are you sure this is a 96Boards product? It doesn’t look like the form factor for this device matches any of the published specifications.
Hi, first page of the datasheet for this board says “96board”. The Overview section also describes it as a 96board.
It does, and the incorrect spelling of “96Boards” struck me as rather odd.
Overall I’d recommend raising this with Kneron.
