Internet connection (and IP) is lost after a few hours or days

After a few hours or days when the DragonBoard 410c is on, it loses internet connection.
In the lower right icon it looks like it is connected, but when I do:
sudo ifconfig
it doesn’t show the local IP of the device (connected to the a wifi router).
I have to disconnect and reconnect to the hotspot, to gain a valid IP and be able to connect to the network.

Any ideas why?

Are you running Debian? Is there any Wifi/Network related message in dmesg output ?

I am running Linaro. Do you consider it to be Debian?

Regarding the dmseg, I have to wait a few days and reconstruct the problem and then find the dmseg… May take a while.
