Just got my Rock960(the board looks pretty good btw), now I’m wondering how you guys installed the Google Play Store.

I’m afraid that we cannot provide advise on how to install Play Store. Play Store is Google propriety code and we cannot provide you any license to use this code, nor offer instructions on how you could install it.
You could look at side loading, either to install the software you want directly or to install an alternative repository such as F-Droid or Amazon Appstore .
