How to get vendor_dev.git？

hi

I am a beginner and learning hi3798 driver now.
I donot understand the contents of the document on URL below：

# Poplar Android Build

The following instructions are provided as guidence to download, build, and install Android on the Poplar board.

For general set up, refer to [official Android doc](https://source.android.com/source/initializing).

## Compiling userspace

1. Get AOSP
```
mkdir -p ~/poplar
cd ~/poplar
repo init -u https://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest.git -b master
repo sync -j8
```

2. Add Poplar device and Pre-built 4.9 kernel/dtb

```
mkdir device/hisilicon

_*git clone vendor_dev.git vendor/hisilicon/poplar"
Can someone help me to answer it?

The vendor_dev.git is meant for internal developers only. You should follow the “For public” instructions use to extract-hisilicon-poplar.sh for installing vendor libraries.
