Does the RB5 has Uboot source and the material of UFS3.o interface accessing ？

what do you mean by UFS3.0 interface?
If you need to obtain info about the storage device, you can either look in:

  • /sys/devices/platform/soc@0/1d84000.ufshc for its descriptors/attributes/flags
  • scsi host designated info in /sys/devices/platform/soc@0/1d84000.ufshc/host0/scsi_host/host0
  • block devices info - /sys/block//
