Hardware encoding on RPI

I want to encode one video file into three profiles in H264 through hardware encoding of raspberry pi using gstreamer or in other words i want to make quality scalability for H264 to three different bit rates.My question is it possible to do multiple bit rates encoding using omxh264 encoder of Gstreamer or not. if possible a working command line example of gstreamer is highly appriciated.

you are unlikely to find much support for RPi on this forum, this forum is dedicated to development boards that comply to the 96boards specifications (and the RPi is not one of them).
