Hi,

I managed to get the Dragonboard 410C working with Fedora 33 Server. I posted the instructions here: Fedora 33 on Dragonboard 410c · The Ramblings Of A Coder

Mostly, it involves compiling and installing the kernel provided here https://releases.linaro.org/96boards/dragonboard410c/linaro/debian/latest/
