Need to work with the Dragonboard 410C SBL. I know this is proprietary. Anyone know how to contact the right person to get an NDA in place so we can access the source code? Not having any luck getting in contact with anyone at Qualcomm or Arrow.
Although Arrow through their eInfoChips division is likely the correct path, you can try the other partners. This isn’t a complete list, just what I can think of off the top of my head, and it has been a few years since I last worked at Qualcomm. Try Softbank, InforceComputing, and Intrinsyc. You will likely need more than just an NDA, you will likely need a QTL License, and even then you may not get access to the bootloaders. Any manufacturer of cellphones has a license and may be able to help you.
