Is it true that the DragonBoard 410c has been delayed awaiting FCC certification?
We’ll be moving forward with FCC certification on the current DragonBoards, and will have that done in 3-4 weeks as expected.

Yes, the DragonBoard 410c passed FCC certification long ago. Arrow’s internal rules won’t let them sell products that have not been certified.
Do a search for “FCC 2AFQA-DB410C” and you will find the reports on the fcc.gov web site.
