I’m new to embedded Linux.I followed the steps from 96boards tutorial page for installing Debian Linux with boot from eMMC.
Installation was successful.But after booting from eMMC I got a terminal login screen.After logging in to Debian with default credentials only terminal came up.There was no desktop environment.I red in the manual that Debian image comes with Lxqt desktop.But it’s not loading.
Please help.

You have to download and flash (e.g. via fastboot) the ‘desktop’ rootfs.
