I am following Coursera IoT.
Using the document: DragonBoard™ 410c based on Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 410 processor
Software Build and Installation Guide, Linux Android. Page 12 step 8 says Obtain the latest version of the Qualcomm Composite USB driver from Documents and Downloads. I cant seem to find it can you please provide a link.

Listed on that page 8 there is a lot of code. What am I supposed to do with it?
Please provide a clear way to create this bridge/interface.

That text corresponds to the Windows driver (.inf) that you need to install.

Create a text file from it and install the driver in the same way as you would install any other Windows driver.
