Development on HiKey960: co-processor Tensilica HiFi3 - best debugging tools?

Hi community,
I just got my HiKey960 board. I need to port some algorithms to the Tensilica fixed-point HiFi3 DSP co-processor which is available on the board.
I am unsure of what kind of additional hardware tools will I need. I usually work on Windows+Cygwin+Eclipse.

Please advise what kind of setup would help me most? Debuggers, and similar.
