Building brillo for dragonboard

Anybody succeeded in building brillo for QCOM dragon board 410c?
After some searching I found that the BSP package can be found from https://developer.qualcomm.com/qfile/29541/dragonboard410c_brillo-v1.1.tar.gz but when I tried to build dragonboard-eng I get complain about missing qseecomd:
ninja: error: ‘vendor/bsp/qcom/device/dragonboard/linux_410c_board_support_package_LA.BR.1.2.4_rb1.10/bin/qseecomd’, needed by ‘out/target/product/dragonboard/system/bin/qseecomd’, missing and no known rule to make it

Any advice how to circumvent this error?

I’ve never tried Brillo and AFAIK it is still in a closed test phase. However I did note that there is a newer version of the DB410c BSP available: https://developer.qualcomm.com/download/db410c/dragonboard410c_brillo-v2.1.tar.gz

Does that work any different?
