Many relevant links related to the db410c on the 96boards.com are broken or are not publicly accessible:

E.g. the link Developer Snapshot 128 on http://www.96boards.org/db410c-getting-started/Downloads/Android.md/ is the dead link http://builds.96boards.org/snapshots/dragonboard410c/qualcomm/android/128/dragonboard410c_sdcard_install_android-128.zip

Or any link I’ve tried on

redirects me to https://login.linaro.org:8443/openidserver/.

I believe it would be beneficial to remove dead links or fix them.

Regarding the second issue (snapshots/dragonboard410c/binaries), I think the behaviour is correct. You did not land in this directory from links in any documentation. I assume you found this section by manually exploring the build server. You are welcome to look around in this manner, but that you cannot enter the private sections is by design.
