AOSP 8 Oreo with LDAC and AAC support

I’m researching SBC boards for a Bluetooth audio app project.

Will AOSP 8 Oreo images with LDAC and AAC support be made available for download ?
As per the Fluoride Bluetooth Stack here : https://android.googlesource.com/platform/system/bt

I’m aware of this : https://source.android.com/setup/devices#960hikey
But I’m under the impression that it’s not going to be a full Android OS build :

Google supports HiKey960 and HiKey certified 96Boards as Android reference boards. AOSP provides kernel source and board support for HiKey so developers can easily create and debug new and existing peripheral drivers, do kernel development, and perform other tasks with fewer OEM encumbrances.
