I got the Rock960 (AB) board running Android.
Using “nRF Connect for Mobile” App to checkout the Bluetooth LE device.
It is working on Android-7. But after switching to Android-9, it does not work on both TV and Tablet version.
When performing LE Scan, could not see the active device.
Is the Bluebooth LE somehow not being enable by default ?
Anyone has ideas ?

nRF connect should be considered authoritative when it comes to bluetooth LE. Its from Nordic Semiconductor for development purposes related to their bluetooth LE microcontrollers. If it doesn’t work, then there is something seriously wrong.
Finally, discover the reason,
In “Privacy & Location” setting in which “location” is disabled by default.
