410C WiFi Drops Connection using Windows 10 IoT

We installed a system for a client using the 410C dragon board on a Windows 10 IoT platform. This is installed on 6 forklifts and they continually lose WiFi connection on a regular basis.

Any ideas or fixes available.

Hi Ken,

Sorry but the “Windows 10 IoT MSDN Support Forum” is probably a better place to discuss Windows 10 IoT. You’ll be likely to attract more eyeballs on that site because there is a bigger community of Windows 10 IoT users hanging out there:

Thanks. I will check it out.

From what I saw on this forum there are major problems with the 401C and wifi. I was hoping someone knew of a fix.

You’re welcome. Good luck.

The wifi issue was an old one and the situation should have improved although not totally fixed. In any case, it’s related to linux drivers and hence has no implications on Windows whatsoever.

Just out of curiousity, are you also doing some sort of bluetooth scanning with these boards, and if yes, have you tested turning them off to see if it makes a difference?
