15.09 install reports 15.04?

I grabbed what I thought was the latest install image from http://builds.96boards.org/releases/dragonboard410c/linaro/ubuntu/15.09/ but after flashing and installation I see “Welcome to Ubuntu 15.04” upon login. Is that normal?

I used the “dragonboard410c_sdcard_install_ubuntu-102.zip” image.

yes, it is normal.

Linaro 15.09 release is based on Ubuntu 15.04 release.
