Unable to start DragonBoard

I get message:

Openbox syntax error - One or more XML syntax erors were found while parsing the Openbox configuration files. See stdout for more information. The last error seen was in file */home/linaro/.Config/openbox/fxde-£c.xml line 1, with message: Document is empty.

I am a very raw beginner.

Sorry, it seems I have booted straight into linux instead of the expected Android but with the error message. The system is command line only as well.
