Currently, I dont’t have the UART Adapter for the Avenger96 board and it’s not available online also https://www.seeedstudio.com/96Boards-UART-p-2525.html. Can you please let me know how can I use custom UART adapter to connect with serial console?

Any USB to 1.8v TTL adapter will work fine. IIRC you can use (male) jumper wires designed for 2.54mm spacing because the LS connector pinout has enough gaps between the TX/RX and GND that they can fit OK.
TTL-232RG-VREG1V8-WE is the easiest to find USB to 1.8v adapter because it has a nice clear model number and stocked by many different retailers. Unfortunately it is typically very expensive. Depending on where you live you might be able to find a cheaper alternative if you hunt around.
