Qualcomm Device specification talks about thermal models to be available on 96 boards website as shown in the image but I am not able to find that. Has someone been able to find the models? I would like to know about thermal resistances.

Er… this document is only 13 pages long.
To be honest I suspect linking to the forum is probably a mistake in
Qualcomm’s documentation.
I’m happy to try and double check if this is true or not but I would
advice you to contact Arrow support in parallel. They are the official
distributors for the the 410E and are a good point of contact for
hardware questions like this.
