Currently Dragonboard 410c has only 1 SD card slot, can add another one to support 2 SD card?

Depends what you want to do.

You could run an old card using the SPI pins on the LS connector but the latest SD card standards removed SPI compatibility so this socket would not inter-operate with the latest cards. This makes a USB based read more attractive (although having seen you question about switching USB modes I know this may not work for you either).

In principle you could try to depopulate the eMMC and replace it with an SD card reader but “not-recommended” does not even begin to explain how I would feel about that :slight_smile:!
