SD Card Memory space required for Ultra96-V2 image?

The Ultra96-V2 Installation - 96Boards states that I need a 8GB memory card.

I have a 16GB Sandisk Micro Class 10 (MS-DOS FAT formatted) and when I try to flash the image in BalenaEtcher -it says

"In sufficient memory ! Additional 90.7 MB required " in red background, (I see the memory card space listed as 15.93 GB - so that’s correct.)

The image I am trying to flash is “ultra96v2_oob_2018_3_190530.zip”

Is the image correct ?
Is the memory card space requirement listed in the link correct ?

Appreciate any inputs.

Updating…
The Engineers here put out a new version that is compressed and was able to flash my SD Card with it.
