for the antenna circuit:
D1 - blocks ESD events
L1 - blocks low frequency (audio range)
C9 - blocks high frequency noise (above the FM band)
C10 - blocks DC
R31 and R32 are used to select between Android style headsets, and Apple style headsets (right and ground are swapped between the two)
I am sure the value for L1 on the schematic is wrong. (it says uF not uH and I think it should be nH) You will need to find the BOM for the board. If I can remember back a decade or so, it is likely something like Digikey 240-2363-1-ND in a 0402 package.
