No sdk found for development on snapdragon 410c

Hi,
I have recieved qualcomm snapdragon-410c board.
Prebuild image on emmc and sd card boots and works ok.

Please provide link to sdk for dragonboard 410c for linux development

Linaro toolchain is not found at this link:-
http://releases.linaro.org/14.11/components/toolchain/binaries/aarch64-linux-gnu/gcc-linaro-4.9-2014.11-x86_64_aarch64-linux-gnu.tar.xz

The 14.11 toolsets are no longer current and have been moved into the archive in order to discourage their use.

Are you using an old release? The release notes for the latest images no longer point to this toolchain. Instead they point to the more recent 17.02 toolchain release.
