hi,

it is currently not possible, it’s a limitation of the (proprietary) bootloaders that ship with this board. The first open source, non proprietary component in the boot chain is “LK” (Little Kernel), e.g. the bootloader that implements fastboot and load the boot image, and it starts in EL1.

So currently there isn’t a way to access HYP mode with the DragonBoard 410c? Is there a timetable to make KVM/ARM possible?

right. no way to access HYP with the current proprietary bootloaders. and no timeline for that available at the moment.
