Issues with WIFI - wifi disconects when I log out

Hi, I am using 19.01 release. The issue I am facing is that as soon as I shuts the GUI / HDMI by command
sudo service sddm stop

The wifi also shuts giving a message

wlan0: deauthenticating from 00:f6:63:78:f4:60 by local choice (Reason: 3=DEAUTH_LEAVING)

Need to know the reason and resolution of this behaviour.

How did you set up the network connection? If the connection not system
wide (e.g. it is owned by the linaro user) then the WiFi connection will
be torn down when you close the user session by stopping the display
manager.
