I recently purchased an Ultra-96 V2 from Avnet (p/n AES-ULTRA96-V2-G). It gets pretty warm just running linux, and it didn’t come with a fan - only the heatsink on the bottom. Are these supposed to some with a fan attached? If not, how do I order one?
How hot is hot? And don’t tell me that the tips of your fingers feel warm, need numbers from a semi-accurate temperature measuring device or internal sensors.
And how hot is TOO hot? Most electronic components are good even if they’re hot enough to actually burn your fingers.
