How to reduce power consumption when use with Windows 10 Iot Core OS?

Hi all,

We use the Windows 10 IoT Core OS with the DragonBoard410c. We have an issue here is about how to reduce the power consumption of the whole system: OS and hardware.
Is there any information about how to down the clock and reduce the core of the CPU?
Any ideas about how to reduce power consumption?

After modifying that I noticed several problems and one of them was Skype Mic Not Working problem, I cannot understand that it was due to the less power consumption or something else.

The link of the Skype Mic Not Working seems for the desktop version of the windows 10.
BTW, I have tried to disable and remove some devices of the Windows 10 IoT Core, but there is no effect of the power consumption.
