Hello, Is the Hikey 970 pin compatible with Hikey 960 for both the low speed and high speed connectors? Do I need to make any changes to replace the 960 with a new 970 board? Is it a plug and play replacement with no software changes? Thank you
All 96boards CE are pin compatible, as long as the pins are being used for their designated purpose. Software wise, not so much, as the software has to match the specific hardware.

I was trying out both boards last year, what I remember from back of my head is that the 970 board was more complicated to get running as it was not supported directly from AOSP.
