It doesn’t look like it does since the HW manual has no mention of CEC at all.

thanks for your feedback. The question is actually, if the DragonBoard fully supports the HDMI specifications because CEC is part of the HDMI specifications. And which version (1.0, 1.1, …, 2.0a)?

The Hardware to do CEC is all there, it was tested during hardware design verification using a custom build of Android. As far as I can tell it is not currently supported by Android and Debian software.

You’ll be looking for the programming manual for the ADV7533, which is the HDMI chip. Unfortunately, that programming manual is only available under NDA… which I honestly don’t understand – its like their objective is to eliminate demand for their products.

Here is the datasheet, which at least talks about CEC a bit;
