I want to design my own board. I am using EAGLE 7.5 Is there any library for the Snapdragon 410e (APQ8016) for download?

Hi Folks! I have started the Schematics and Layout work for my new project based on APQ8016E but I’m not able to find detailed footprint info for the apq8016e. In devices specification there is only brief mechanical drawings included.
Please, give me a hint, where to find detailed speck for footprint.
And is it so, that DragonBoard has LPDDR3 instead LPDDR2 (That is claimed on EVB spec)?
