This chip uses the big.little architecture but what i don’t understand is which core is used to boot the board? My guess is the A53 because it probably only switches to the A73 when it detects heavy load on the A53.

AFAIK, A53 CPU0 is primary booting CPU, and it boots up other secondary CPUs CA53_1/2/3 and CA73_0/1/2/3.
