Does Hikey960 support User Settable Root of Trust?

I am trying to learn about User Settable Root of Trust and was wondering if Hikey board supports it ? If yes, could you throw any pointers on how to go about it ?

The User Settable Root of Trust is (an optional) part of Android Verified Boot and AFAIK Verified Boot it implemented on Hikey960.
