Can you add this "earlycon=pl011,0xfff32000 " to your kernel cmdline, and
see whether you get any log?

After flashing images from below path the device is not booting up and not even going to fastboot mode, so after trying recovery steps fastboot mode is working.

Can you share the output you get when running flash-all.sh script ? (any console output is welcome too)
