Could Debian update firmware or image via internet?

Does anyone know whether Debian can update firmware or image via internet?
Like OTA(over-the-air) in Android.

This depends what you want to do exactly, you can update/manage your Debian packages with apt/aptitude. For kernel/bootimg update, you can have a look at the following topic: How to update firmware by ethernet? - #4 by ndec
