Choice of platform for a low cost tablet

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a development platform for a low cost single-purpose tablet development, i.e. it will run only one specific application.

The features I am looking for are below:

  1. support for an external (e.g. 10inch) non-touch display (HDMI or MIPI, etc.)
  2. AUX (audio) out to speakers
  3. Audio in for mic (not mandatory)
  4. one or two usb ports (not mandatory)
  5. WiFi support
  6. Bluetooth or infrared support (for remote control)
  7. Android or Windows or Linux support
  8. 4G support (not mandatory)

I am targeting to keep the total cost of the solution to $45, so the processor platform should be inside $30. Is there anything suitable ?
