When I flash the 1803 FFU (October 2018 Release) image to the device
It boots almost immediately to a WIndows Boot Manager Error with message Windows Failed to start and down below
Status: 0xc000000d
Info: An Unexpected error has occurred.
Flashing an older version 16299 (Fall Creators Update) boot to windows just fine.
