How can I disable autoboot on Hikey960 or change the bootorder?

There are DIP switches in the bottom side of the board, one of them is for auto-power.
There is no boot-order configuration as you can find in a regular PC BIOS. However it now seems possible to boot from external SD card with UEFI: SD card Hikey960 - #7 by hzhuang1
