We are using Intrinsyc 820uSoM and would like to boot the chip automatically when connected to power (usually battery), so without having to press ON/OFF button. Is there a general hardware or software solution (some register we can set) across various dragon boards or do we have to contact Intrinsyc?
Dragonboard 820c is the hardware supported in this forum. On the Dragonboard 820c, there is a jumper block that selects the boot mode, and by default it boots from the boot partition when power is applied – no need to press any buttons.
You’ll need to contact your hardware vendor for support with your board.
