is there any Mazzanine adapter in which i can try out capturing audio and video ( AUDIO + CAMERA ) interfaces ?

I’m not aware of any single mezzanine that integrates both audio AND video.
But you can stack a camera mezzanine on top of an audio mezzanine.

Now if only a few more buyers would hit the buy button so we can start selling these…
